Anyone who has ever trained an finished a triathlon knows one thing. It is not easy. It does not matter if you are in it for a personal record or for the challenge. Swimming, biking and running all put together are hard. And that goes for most triathlon distances. Well, this guy just took triathlon to another level altogether. He has managed to finish something similar to a “sprint” triathlon while juggling all the way. That is right. Juggling. Including while swimming. Check it out:

Joe Salter is a 31 year old school counselor. He has been juggling since he was 8 years old. Joe says that he did this to promote juggling. He believes juggling is a great field both mentally and physically. He says it helps people by making them used to failures… During the swim part of the triathlon Joe dropped the balls three times, however they floated so he picked them up and indeed did not give up.
